This is because we are living longer and the Insurance companies are therefore having to meet fewer claims. This includes mortgage protection policies. In very many cases, people do not provide critical illness cover within their Mortgage Protection arrangements.

We normally do not charge a fee for mortgage advice however a fee paying option is available. Our typical fee is 1% of the mortgage advance.
